The second task was to focus on a person with a chronic illness who wants to opt for Euthanasia or assisted death. I explored the legal and moral complications the topic has in my country, culture and religion. Consequently I was able to propose a service to help the patient and their relatives which assists them along the transition to a pro-choice approach.
Design Proposal:
A workshop designed for the relatives and acquaintances of the patient to inform and educate them about euthanasia and assisted dying. The main aim of the workshop is to make the process of assisting in death rational and easier.

The third task was to reflect on the experience and design I proposed in the second task. I narrated the limitations and challenges the task posed, the way I dealt with them, the design process and the learnings.
