Ideation - MINDFUL HAS THE ANSWERS

When we work with mindfulness, we begin to love the environment while preserving it. Mindfulness and nature are not two but one. Because through meditation we discover the nature around us and the change that is there. Nature and we are directly intertwined. This is a matter of urgency. In an age where war is raging and people are killing each other, there has been a need for man to explore nature. It will be the beginning of an era in which we will all be safe and compassionate.

This is why I wanted to integrate the beauty of nature with the mind. I tried to give a whole new look at the tools used in yoga and meditation using plants and beautiful flowers.

WHAT IS MEDITATION?

Meditation is exploring. It's not a fixed destination. Mindfulness is available to us in every moment.

The goal of mindfulness is to wake up to the inner workings of our mental, emotional & physical processes.
