WHAT?

Appearance:

The product has a clean, minimalist, and modern aesthetic. The combination of metal and wood creates a pleasant contrast between industrial and natural materials.

Design Concept:

The linear design creates a graphic and reduced composition, resembling a sketch. The focus was on creating clear, functional areas with minimal material use.

WHICH?

Materials

-Chair Frame: Reused metal frame from an old chair.

-Wood: Used for the seating area, shoe shelf, and coat hooks (sourced from scrap wood in the wood workshop).

Connection Techniques

-Screws: Wooden components were securely attached to the metal frame using screws.

-Wood Joints: Mortise-and-tenon joints (Morses) were used for robust connections between wooden parts.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Flexibility of Hooks:

The flexible coat hooks add movement to the design and adapt to the items they hold, making the product more dynamic.

Sustainability:

Using recycled metal and wood highlights the eco-friendly approach of the design.

Space-Saving Design:

The compact size and multifunctionality make it perfect for small apartments or entryways.

Also, I would like to thank the wood workshop supervisors for allowing me to use scrap wood materials.
