when I visited the city hospital in dessau, I was attracted by the relaxing atmosphere there, totally different from what I have imagined before. There were patients and visitors gathering in Cafe, and on Halloween, there were even visitors in costume. That is the beginning of my idea.

I interviewed some patients and visitors in the hospital about their experiences in visiting. There was a couple, and the husband came every weekend to visit the wife in hospital. They set the visit as a routine, but  sometimes the wife had some other visitors on weekend, or the husband need to come in workdays. When these special things happen, they will contact through phones or through the nurses on nurse station. And for patients, sometimes they are not in a good mood to see the visitors but they can not refuse the visit directly. 

In conclusion, for both patients and visitors, it is important to find a visit time that are for both of them available. this 'available' means available in mood, health condition and time.

I also want to broad this idea to the ordinary visiting in our everyday life. I want to make the visit in our life easier, quicker and more friendly.
