My idea was to represent exponential love by giving one heart the opportunity to connect with multiple hearts to create its own body. To give the body structure, I decided to make the heart angular. I placed the notches on the top sides of the heart to represent the mathematical power shape when 2 hearts are stuck together. I also took my cue from the artist Souly, who dedicates a heart with 2 bullet holes as a symbol of his art, which is why I also designed my 2D elements with 2 holes. The symbol “Heart to Potency” can also be found as graffiti in the city of Dessau or in the form of music created by Dessau musicians Kino22. In this way, I gave my individual heart body a target group, which is characterized by local elements and symbols. To get a stable shape I use a thin wooden plate that was cut out by a laser. The possibilities of the plug-in system vary in 3 different ways. The first 2 are on the top side of the heart and the third is below. When put together, an individual shape is created that does not represent a specific element, but rather gives you the freedom to put your hearts together the way you personally want. Similar to love.
