This poster presents NanoHaven, a speculative service designed to address the impacts of extreme heat in the near future. It imagines a personal cooling solution using nanotechnology in the form of a vape-like device that releases body-temperature-regulating nanorobots.
The project was developed in the “Entwurfsmethodologie” course with Prof. Alejandro Lecuna and Maria Maciejko, as part of the WS4 Design Theory module.
Concept Development
The idea for NanoHaven came from imagining how people might survive future heatwaves. I wanted to explore speculative design and futuristic micro-technology that feels personal and invisible, yet powerful.
The narrative was built around climate migration, water scarcity, and extreme weather.
