Cnawan Circul (CC) is a novel educational system based on student-oriented teaching methodologies that are heavily supported by technological means. The concept for CC advocates for education to be approached as a reciprocal knowledge exchange program conducted by the learner and for the learner with the aid of AI, AR, VR and other alternative forms for communication and dissemination.
The spaces that house the CC method manifest as a series of interconnected pods that are suspended or elevated in primarily natural environments, however they can also exist in populous metropolitan areas while digitally emulating elements of nature. The significance of the location and the interior elements are based upon the extensive research conducted on the physiological and psychological effects on the human psyche in relation to the spatial experience they inhabit. The pods are equipped with a fully automated, interactive wall system that can transform from a transparent glazed curtain to an opaque screen projection. The mechanized framework allows the wall to undulate, shift and converge, shaping the space and creating suitable layouts for the users’ desired activities and any requirements they entail.
A terminal can be accessed from within, providing the learners with the necessary equipment and materials in a kit-of-parts manner in order to complete their tasks, which are tailored to their own level of proficiency and skill, and are also sensitive to complications and challenges the individuals face. A curator is assigned to each of those spaces to help the learners with references and accessing resources, as well as organize events and workshops with experts in their respective fields to share their insights and experience with the young learners.
A large part of our philosophy is to provide our target demographic with ample opportunities to apply their acquired knowledge without the risks associated, hence striking a balance between academic and life skills, and preparing them to explore their future prospects.
