Better work - How can we design the future of work to be more human ?

Work
        is an immanent part of our lives, of our societies.
The way we work, what we work, and what we
understand by the term has constantly changed
over decades and centuries due to social, political, technical, economic, and ecological factors.

How
  and what do we want to „work“ in the future,
or what will we understand by „work“ at that time ?
How will the meaning and the ratio of work in our way of life,
within our life plans, respectively our basic needs
be measured and developed?

Starting
           from an intensive examination of the term, we will - in teams - deal with potential fields and areas, phenomena and prospective
developments.

Which
       skills, which abilities do we have to be able to master,
which will we have to acquire anew.
How will we contribute to society - for ourselves, for others, for many?

What
      can design do - functionally, aesthetically and beyond -
to make this phenomena and processes visible and understandable.
Where and how can interventions be designed that inspire new potentials and actions.
What solutions or tools can be developed to support this?
