In an age of ChatGPT and AI-powered design, the ability to move forward and work efficiently in teams is becoming more important than ever. Soft skills, people skills, super skills or, more colloquially, superpowers, are personal attributes that enable you to collaborate effectively with others. These skills can assist you in communicating effectively, exhibiting professionalism, and establishing business relationships. Soft skills reveal your personal qualities and can assist you in achieving greater career success. These skills include problem-solving, creativity, integrity, conflict management, adaptability, and collaboration, among others.

DESIGN CHALLENGE

Design exercises and games to enhance and bring your design super skills to the next level. In this course, we will spend one week working and hacking super skills for designers. Together, we will engage in discussions, research, design games, and group exercise to bring your super skills to the superpower level.

METHOD: HACKATHON

A hackathon is a participatory active learning and innovation method of short duration, where people come together to solve some particular real life challenge, using technologies, in a friendly but fast paced atmosphere.
