This module equips students with foresight tools (STEEP, scenarios, futures literacy) to critically imagine long-term developments in human–AI relations in Service Design. Through workshops and scenario building, students will map possible socio-technical trajectories of AI, from everyday assistive companions to systemic infrastructures. Emphasis is placed on the societal, cultural, and political dimensions of AI adoption. Students will develop interactive prototypes or speculative artefacts that embody their scenarios and facilitate dialogue about desirable futures.

At the end, we want to develop Video UX Prototypes and Startup Style Pitches for the Portfolio.
