Maybe photography can help answering the question about our own self? Many people do not like to see themselves being photographed. They then claim not to be „photogenic“. But what if „wrong“ with those photos? What is it, what they uncovered and that makes them feel uneasy? On the other hand, children have fun to disguise and to slip into another role.
